MySQL Databases from Menu&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. MySQL Database Wizard<\/p>\n<h4>1. Creating a database from MySQL Databases from cpanel menu<\/h4>\n<p>1.1 To create Database(s) log Into cPanel \u2014-&gt; Click on the MySQL Databases menu In the Databases section:<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"MySQL Databases from cpanel\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_21.png\" style=\"width: 300px\" width=\"300\" height=\"59\" title=\"MySQL Databases from cpanel\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.2 Search for &#8220;Create New Database&#8221;&nbsp;section, then provide name of the database and click on &#8220;Create Database&#8221;&nbsp;button.<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"MySQL Databases from cpanel\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_2.png\" style=\"width: 751px\" width=\"694\" height=\"244\" title=\"How to create MySQL databases from cPanel\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.3 Once database created and ready to use,Then we need to create MYSQL user and assign database to that user with appropriate privileges.<\/p>\n<p>To create a MySQL User,search MySQL Users and Add New User section and choose the username you wish to assign to your database. Makesure to set a secure password for MySQL User and fill the fields.<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"MySQL Users in cpanel\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_3-1-300x91-1.png\" style=\"width: 300px\" width=\"300\" height=\"91\" title=\"Panel to create MySQL Users\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We highly recommend to use password generator to create a secure password as shown below.<\/p>\n<p spellcheck=\"true\">\u200b<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Help with strong password creation\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_4.png\" style=\"width: 365px;\" width=\"365\" height=\"227\" title=\"It represents how to create a secured password\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.4 After password set,click on the &#8220;Create User&#8221; button to finish the process as shown below image.<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"MySQL User password\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_5-1.png\" style=\"width: 767px\" width=\"694\" height=\"196\" title=\"MySQL password should be strong\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.5 It creates both MySQL Database from cpanel and MySQL user. We need to assign MySQL user to the database and assign privileges. Search for &#8220;Add User to Database&#8221;&nbsp;section and make sure that you set correct Database and User. Once done, simply click on the Add button just as it shows in below image.<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Adding user to MySQL Database\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_6.png\" style=\"width: 385px\" width=\"385\" height=\"122\" title=\"Adding user to MySQL Database\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In next window, you need to provide privileges to MySQL Users. As you suppose to provide&nbsp;full privileges to MySQL Users without any restrictions. For this just click on All Privileges and click &#8220;Make Changes&#8221;&nbsp;button as shown below Image.<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Assigning User Previleges\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_7.png\" style=\"width: 400px;\" width=\"400\" height=\"282\" title=\"Assigning User Privileges from cPanel\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.6 You will get the message showing the MySQL User is successfully add&#8217;s to the Database as shown below Image.<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Assigning User Previleges\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fastwebhost.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DB_8.png\" style=\"width: 400px;\" width=\"400\" height=\"272\" title=\"Assigning User Privileges successfully to an user\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To check if the database is created or not, simply go back and check in current Databases section. Creating Database with the MySql Database wizard tool<\/h4>\n<p>MySQL Database Wizard brings the same step-by-step process which was explained in the step-1, but in a more simplified way.
