| Quite happy with them. Sometimes my queries take a while to get answered but they do get answered. All the options in the control panel are great and php control is pretty good. I have not got much stuff uploaded so not had problems with any articially imposed limits although they do claim unlimited hosting so I'm not expecting any. Pretty happy altho I'm not very experienced they are certainly a hundred times better than my last host. |

| I had a problem with my site images, I contacted their help desk and my issue was resolved within 2 hours - which is great considering I contacted them at about 9:45 PM. Now on my second year with ehost, they are fast, considerate, with lots of hosting co, experienced, they rate my top vote. - Colin P. |

| Their customer support is the best in India. Domain registration and account creation was very fast with them and within a few minutes I was all set to go live. Customer support responds very quickly and are fast in fixing any problems. My website speed is fast on their servers. Highly recommended! |

| Customer support at for this hosting service is rather ridiculous. In order to get the answers that you want, you have to ask the right questions. Even then, they seem to scoot around sensitive details. The worst problem I'm having right now is getting away from them. They tell me that in order to change registrars for my domain, first I have to re-register with them. They will not refund my money. |

I have been with them since 2004 so 6 years in total. They recently changed their offers (more competitive) and their website (new design) which gives a fresh vamp. New VPS offers are also available. I’ve had some outages (especially 2 big problems for me in 2007) but I am overly satisfied with them (hey, even Amazon cannot achieve 100% uptime time anyway~).
Nowadays, you can easily mirror your data elsewhere if you want to achieve a nearly 100% uptime. You can upgrade your plan for FREE, so you don’t have to move somewhere else to follow the increase of bandwidth & space of the industry. I just did it today (switching to an UNLIMITED plan)!
EhostPros customer service is satisfying, and their reply time varies during the day: you can expect a 30~min reply with a LOW priority ticket (their target is 20 min though, as advertized on their website). You can use a MEDIUM, HIGH or URGENT priority depending on your needs and expect a faster reply, but I rarely use those. |
